Competition 

We live in a highly competitive world Healthy competition is inevitable to accomplish something great

Unfortunately we train children to be better than others

The gist of competition is to achieve exemplary results

Otherwise it will generate enmity among people

Let alone cooperation is the key to

success

Competition is not the only open sesame to success

Confidence cooperation self respect loving character are all portals to success

Today we live in fear of failure and don't know how to overcome it with dignity

Failure is inexorable in our course of life

We learn many lessons from each of our failures

With those tools we march ahead like a reinless horse

Life is not governed by formulas or other engineered systems

But by human values like compassion love kindness etc.

 What is the worth of life?  

It’s a pertinent question to ponder conscientiously,

If asked the common may reply to be wealthy,

But some people are there who consider values more valuable,

Than diamonds, gold and other mundane chattels. 

Blessed are they, who hold values steadfastly,

In pragmatic view, how are diamonds help us ultimately,

None, but help us to expand our active domain ,

Good, if we make use them for philanthropical protection. 

We often forgo and undervalue many virtues 

In excess is an addiction, then virtues are not at all virtues,

Used only for self promotion and glorification,

In moderation everything is acknowledged as fine. 

In course of evolution virtues automatically developed in man,

Said values of religion existed in society, not an invention,

Religion affirmed those values, in the scriptures that is all,

As time progressed many other values came into rule. 

Humanity progressed by give and take policy,

Same values simultaneously pervaded globally 

But certain creeds, are trying to drag us centuries back vilely 

Causing terror, anarchy by an antediluvian hoax prophecy. 

Humanity progressed, by science and logical reasoning 

Evolving generations, endowed sustainable moral values 

But some are there still, obdurate to  reason and logic 

Assuming that their hoary tribal laws, are ultimate until doom’s day. 

 Diversity 

In nature everything is different and unique 

That is the unfathomable secret of evolution 

Just observe nature and be ready to be in a shock,

Look at the entities which are all different in one way or fashion,

As one species we belong to Homo sapiens but different in every respect 

This exceptional diversity is the uniqueness of nature 

Everyone of us is nice and beautiful at birth in nature,

Instead of individuating him as he is at birth,

Society starts to condition and program him at length,

Not to be an individual but as a tool to earn success 

For success is measured by the opinion of the mass,

Where as contentment is self gained 

We often think some are good but may not be indeed,

Some others are considered evil but may be affected,

Some people are really pretentious 

Some others live unassuming, not at all pretentious,

This is life not at all predictable, a predictable life is boring 

Diversity is the gist of life that makes it amazing, 

Every moment has to be lived rich celebrating as it’s 

Many die rich vegetating without enjoying life in its fullness,

In the canvas of nature, vibrant and scintillating hues flaunt,

A kaleidoscope of beauty and life, young, old, small and giant. 

From mountains tall to oceans wide and deep,

Indifferently ecosystems thrive, side by side as a group,

In verdurous deep forests, tall and small trees preside,

A tapestry of species, interwoven with might and pride,

Foliage rustles and murmurs, bees buzz, birds chirp, sing and take flight,

Insects hum, orchestrate through day and night. 

Animals of varied shape and size, mightily display,

Unfolds diversity’s grandeur and mighty sway,

Elephants’ might, lions’ mane, zebras’ stripes so bright,

Giraffes’ long necks, peacocks plumage , all are a wondrous sight. 

Anchovies flit, whales swim deep, dolphins delightfully play,

Damsel flies and butterflies dance, in drizzle and sunny days,

Buzzing bees and dancing butterflies, thieving nectar from flowers,

But pollinating life to nature, everywhere in nature. 

In the midst of this life’s unequal grand tapestry,

Human beings have woven their wonderful story, 

Culture’s blend, multi cuisines spread and traditions thrive,

A marvellous mosaic of humanity alive. 

Complexions varied, thousands of languages spoken, 

Beliefs, morals, values, myths and ethos, origins not fully known,

From forest, the fertile alluvion, oasis of desert to cities we roam,

Weaving the warp and woof of life, in diversity’s realm. 

We always seek our strength in differences broad,

All the same, embracing unity side by side,

For in diversity’s awe-inspiring design,

Lies beauty, wonder , and the spectrum of life’s rein.

Another Easter is on its way 

to celebrate but to forget soon 

Even though life has to be a continuous celebration

We celebrate only on restricted occasions 

Life is a program conditioned to function

in a certain way 

But we intervene to recondition and the resultant is cataclysmic havoc. 

The entirety in this universe is auto generated programs

subjected to perish at any point of time 

due to vira of varied hue and color 

The convolution in life is due to involution of man giving forth volition to humans 

gifted with haecceity and quiddity, but

most often jeopardizing the environment. 

Be happy celebrate don’t be a hedonist 

Be good and do good don’t be a nihilist 

Be philanthropic and serve don’t be a flunky 

Love, love to the core don’t be a con man 

Seek and a seeker not to yield and subjugate. 

To be religious is beyond religion 

The sole way to god is purity of mind. 

The concept of Easter is 

resurrection from death to eternity,

From ignorance to omniscience 

From subjugation to emancipation 

From time space to the absolute 

From vituperative invectives to

munificent philanthropy 

Creating an unconditional state of effulgent being 

May His light guide our paths 

His love grace our hearts

His sacrifice strengthen our souls

To a state of eminence,innocence and love 

To be compassionate and empathetic 

To everyone we meet and greet 

And let Jesus resurrect in our hearts

Making it luminous and glorious. 

May this blessing happen in the life of everyone 

Especially You my sweet ones 

Whom I keep close to my heart.

 Friends 

The message that comes in the morning 

Is very significant but many ignores 

It carries love respect and regards 

It tells us that we are remembered 

How can we kill that remembrance?

It’s neither polite nor noble to ignore it 

With petty excuses like no time very busy 

For every human relationship is based on give and take 

It can never be a one way traffic 

It flourishes in cooperation and mutual respect 

If we don’t care it will wither away into oblivion 

Don’t allow it happen because it is the foremost of all relationships 

Nothing comes anywhere near good friendship 

Only in good friendship we can be open 

Only an open mind can be pure and happy 

So let every relationship be on friendship. 

 FLOWERS

Flowers are an astounding gift of nature 

To pacify and soothe the suffering of man in grief 

Everywhere on this earth flowers flaunt to nurture 

And to make delightful our lives in brief 

Oh nature how compassionate you are 

To bless us with so many things beautiful 

Flowers are the finest and silky in nature 

But the roses with tantalising fragrance are the most wonderful 

  

I always feel elated at your unassuming majestic glory 

Flowers big and small always bloom in nature 

To relieve us from fret and meaningless worry 

Really are expressions of love for us to mature 

Flowers blooming slowly make us joyous 

Saddens us deeply when they wither 

I am happy to watch nature ostentatiously rejoice 

In so many pellucid hues hither 

Flowers are my best and comely companion

I always longed to be one among them 

But how can I be so innocent like a flower to be one 

Until I once again be a child am born in reciprocal altruism  

Flowers are scintillating entities of Mother Earth 

Soothing the downtrodden minds in tranquility 

Beatifically prancing flowers fill my heart with blithe 

Always a solace to fill my mind with equanimity 

Butterflies bees and hummingbirds swarm around 

Flowers unconditionally feed them with their nectar 

We selfish mortals are always dastardly bound 

Bickering fecklessly always in our sector.
