Xmas comes, new year too

And many other  occasions 

like birthdays and anniversaries 

They will come and go time and time again 

With us or without us 

This is the occasion to sit back and recollect 

All that He has done for you 

All that you have been to Him 

All that I can tell you now is this:

Thank Him for those sunny days 

Which would otherwise have been glum. 

May the stars ever shine especially for you

May the flowers bloom  all your ways

May this memorable day and days yet to come be the time to rediscover and reorient  ourselves

Forgiving all that made us miserable 

Thanking all that made our days pleasurable 

The challenges and setbacks that made our life worthwhile
